When your package is shipped from our online warehouse, you will receive a receipt email from us. The order confirmation includes a tracking link so you can follow your package. During major campaigns, both the warehouse and carriers operate under high pressure.
It may take a little longer than usual before your package is shipped and delivered. When your package is ready for delivery/pickup, you will receive another update.
